COUNSELLING/MENTAL HEALTH/CONSULTATION
At our clinic, every client benefits from the guidance and expertise of a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience, overseeing a dedicated team that includes a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Together, we bring a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to counselling and consultation — one that honours the individuality and strengths of each person we serve.
Our work is deeply rooted in neurodiversity-affirming practice. We understand that no two minds think, learn, or experience the world in the same way, and we celebrate that diversity. By combining the expertise of psychology, counselling, and social work, we’re able to provide truly holistic support — addressing emotional well-being, family dynamics, social systems, and day-to-day challenges in an integrated way.
This collaborative model allows us to support not only the child but also their family and adult clients, offering a network of care that extends beyond the therapy room. Parents and caregivers receive guidance and advocacy support, while children and adults alike are met with understanding, affirmation, and practical strategies that empower them to thrive.
With seasoned clinical oversight and a team committed to inclusive, evidence-based care, our clinic provides a safe and affirming space for neurodiverse individuals and their families to grow, heal, and flourish — together.
ASSESSMENT/PSYCHOLOGY
Carolina is our Clinic Owner and a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing psychological assessments, consultation, and counselling. She is currently accepting new clients for assessment services only, including evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, giftedness, and mental health concerns.
Carolina’s assessment approach is comprehensive, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. She values understanding each individual’s unique profile of strengths and challenges to provide clear, meaningful recommendations that support growth, learning, and well-being.
At this time, Carolina is accepting Clients seeking Assessment Services (Children and Adults).
PLUS
Masi is a School Psychologist currently in the process of registration in British Columbia, bringing nearly 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in educational settings. She specializes in comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments, with expertise in identifying learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, giftedness and twice-exceptionality (2e), and emotional or behavioural concerns.
Masi offers assessments at a reduced rate while working under the supervision of Carolina Hall, Registered Psychologist. Carolina is actively involved throughout each case — including intake, case planning, review of assessment data, and final feedback sessions — and holds responsibility for all final clinical interpretations and recommendations.
Masi’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and inclusive, grounded in best practices in school psychology and a commitment to supporting the success and well-being of every learner.
